REFUND POLICY

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SHIPPING

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The return must be received by 4 The Love Box, LLC within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package.
  • We do not accept returns based on "Change of Mind"

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned item, 4 The Love Box, LLC will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee. 4 The Love Box, LLC will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to 4 The Love Box, LLC. In the case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. In the case of a missing package on international orders we will offer a 70% refund, we will not be able to send out a second package. It is also your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us at 333 E Main # 938 ST, Lehi, UT, 84043, United States.

You will then receive a E-Gift Card for the value of your exchanges item, minus a 25% restocking fee which you can use to purchase the new item you would like.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made. We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.

Are you located in the United States?

Yes, our warehouse and fulfillment facility is in Lehi, Utah.

Are your products USA Made?

We source our products and "blank" garments from multiple domestic and international vendors and suppliers.

Since we buy from multiple vendors and suppliers, each product will have its own source of origin labeled with an attached product tag showing the source of where the original product was made/manufactured.

The original un-printed/embroidered blank garments are sourced from international and domestic suppliers.In our effort to keep as many jobs as possible inside the USA, our blank garments/items that are purchased internationally are shipped to the USA to be printed, embroidered, laser engraved, tagged, and bagged all inside the USA. This process is commonly known as "white-labeling"For example, the majority of our hats are either YuPoong or FlexFit branded hats. These hats are originally made in many countries such as Korea, Bangladesh, Etc. Each hat has a tag sewn on the inside of the lid of the hat showing what the country of origin is.

4 The Love Box, LLC will purchase the "blank" YuPoong or FlexFlit hats from a supplier (typically a USA-based supplier that has the hats in stock) and then ship them to our facility  inside the USA to have the 4 The Love Box, LLC  patch, logo, or design embroidered on them.

The same example goes for tee-shirts, tanks, hoodies, and crop tops. Lions Not Sheep purchases blank garments from well-known suppliers such as Independent Apparel, American Apparel, Next Level, and others. These manufacturers make their blank products in countries such as China, Colombia, Bangladesh, and other countries around the world. 4 The Love Box, LLC.  will purchase these products from a USA based wholesaler, and ship them to our  facility in the USA where the garments will be printed on, embroidered, labeled, tagged, and bagged before being shipped to our customers. With all these touchpoints being done inside the USA, this allows us to label our garments as "Produced In The USA with Imported Materials."

If we have to outsource, then after each garment is finalized with the prints, embroideries, labeling, etc, they are shipped to our warehouse and fulfilled from our headquarters facility that's located in Utah, USA.

Does your sizes run small or are they true to US sizes?

Our products are true to US sizing. Please see the "Sizing Guide" tab under the product description to see the exact measurements of our products.

What are your payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and also accept Amazon Pay.

What is the exchange process?

  • We will have you ship your product back to us, and we will ship you out the item you wish to exchange.
  • The item must be in unused and new condition. 
  • We do not accept exchanges for any worn or washed items.

What is the refund process?

Once you receive your items, you have 7 days from the delivery date to evaluate your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, we will have you ship the items back to us.

Once we receive your items, if they are still in new/unused condition, we will issue you a refund.

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?

If your items have not shipped, we can make changes to your order.

Why is my tracking showing in pre-shipment?

If your tracking status is showing as "Pre-Shipment" this means we are currently fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to fulfill your order before we ship it out.

Do you offer overnight/express shipping?

At this time, we do not offer overnight/express shipping.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
